Authenticity is not something we have or don´t have. It´s a practice – a conscious choice of how we want to live. Authenticity is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It´s about the choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest. The choice to let our true selves be seen. – Brené Brown

Be at least  as interested in what goes on inside you as what happens outside. If you get the inside right, the outside will fall into place. – Eckhart Tolle

The dancing leaves

Albert Camus once said: ´Autumn is a second spring, when every leaf is a flower´.

If fabulous scenery and tranquil walking routes appeal to you, then autumn is the season to pull on your walking boots and explore the beauty of this season. Walking increases serotonin levels, which can help to prevent depression and the traditional autumn and winter blues. Don´t wait, go out an explore the beauty. Following is what I have brought home from a recent walk in a beautiful park.

I hope you´ll enjoy !

This being human is a guest house.

Every morning is a new arrival.

A joy, a depression, a meanness,

some momentary awareness

comes as an unexpected

visitor…

Welcome and entertain

them all. Treat each guest

honorably. The dark thought, the

shame, the malice, meet them at

the door laughing, and invite them

in. Be grateful for whoever comes,

because each has been sent as a

guide from beyond.
